Interestingly enough, in our society, what some call science fiction, others call the future. What some consider preaching, others contemplate as prophecy. Notwithstanding, I have received insight which I thought was important to share as an artist does with canvas or clay.No one wants to read or be reminded of the horrors that exist on Earth. We can always rely on the news for that. Therefore, I will limit my comments on the disturbing to just a few lines while attempting to expose another possible reality.
Now for the obvious; our world is at the brink of destruction from all sides. Environmental, economic and spiritual collapses are imminent. Something has to give.
So many of Earth’s species have been driven to extinction; mammals, aquatic and fowl populations are eradicated and yet the pillage continues. Something has to change.
The burning of fossil fuel has caused catastrophic damage to our environment. Can the Earth recover if humankind is no longer a threat? Starvation, genocide and other atrocities go unchallenged in many parts of the world. The cries of these victims should hollow out our soul yet humanity's lack of empathy remains.
God has revealed so much, but as a species we remian intransigent. Something has to give. Perhaps it’s just our time? There have been five mass extinctions within our planet’s history. This is not counting Christianity’s recorded massive cataclysms of Sodom and Gomorrah, and the Great Flood survived only by Noah and his kin.
Angels and Demons realize that the human race was granted free-will long ago. And that fact has fueled their conflict for millennia. For good or ill, that gift has always been tested. Now more then ever.
I hope you find my story, The Second Coming: The Arrival a journey worth taking and decide to read the series on this topic. Because this first book is just the beginning. The Rapture is coming and it’s important that we’re prepared.
